Pricing and Payment

What payment methods do you accept?

You can pay by most major credit cards, by bank money transfer or on arrival in cash Euro’s (50% Deposit required) We will explain each process with you on the booking stage.

Are there any additional fees (tolls, parking, waiting time)?

Driver and Vehicle Information

What type of vehicle will be used for the transfer (sedan, SUV, van, etc.)?

All of our transfer vehicles are Renault Trafic long wheel base 9 passenger (including driver) minibuses.

Where do I find my driver?

Once you have gone through passport control and have collected your luggage, you will be met in the arrivals hall (Swiss side) by your Morzine Transfer driver. Please turn right when you walk into the arrivals hall and walk down approx 60m towards the Montreux Jazz cafe where your driver will be waiting in front of the cafe with a sign with your name on it.

Will my driver know where my accommodation is?

Morzine Transfer operates a door-to-door transfer service from Geneva, so your driver will be given the address you provided at the time of booking and will have
researched beforehand where your accommodation is. All our drivers have excellent knowledge of the area, but to avoid any confusion, it’s advisable to carry contact details of your accommodation should any directions need clarification.

How can I contact the driver or company in case of an emergency?

We will contact you approximately 24 hours before your arrival or departure with your driver’s details so you will have their number to contact them.

Timing and Scheduling

How long does it take to get from Geneva Airport to Morzine?

The journey from Geneva Airport to Morzine and the surrounding areas including Montriond takes approximately 1hr 20min / 84km. Times may vary depending on traffic volumes.

How long does it take to get from Geneva Airport to Les Gets?

The transfer from Geneva Airport to Les Gets is 1hr 10min / 77km.

How long does it take to get to Avoriaz, Prodain Cable Car or Saint Jean d’Aulps resort?

Avoriaz: 1hr 40min / 97km 
Prodain Cable Car: 1hr 25min / 87km 
St. Jean d’Aulps: 1hr 25min / 88km

Booking and Cancellation Policies

How do I book an airport transfer?

Via email (info@morzinetransfer.com)but please feel free to call if you would like to chat about your requirements.

Can I make changes to my booking after confirmation? 

Yes If you want to make any amendments to your reservation, we request that you make these in writing. Depending on the nature of the changes you may be required to pay an administration fee of 25 euros. If these changes mean an increase in the value of the transfer, they will only apply once the amended bill has been paid.

What is your cancellation policy? Is there a fee for last-minute cancellations?

If you cancel your booking within 24 hours of making the original booking, we will give you a full refund. 
If you cancel your booking at least 14 days before travel, we will give you a full refund. If you cancel within 14 days before your booking, we are unable to offer you a refund. However, we will provide all the necessary documents to give to your insurance company if you are able to claim the money for the transfer from them.

How far in advance should I book?

To guarantee availability the sooner you book your transfer the better. 

Child and Special Requirements

Do you provide child car seats, and is there an additional charge?

Yes, we supply child and baby seats for all ages. We just need to know the age of your child to ensure the correct type of seat is used. 
Of course, you’re welcome to bring your own child seat if you’d prefer. Please note that we recommend the use of child seats for all children below 135cm or 12 years old.

Can you accommodate larger luggage or unusual items (skis, snowboards, bikes, sports equipment)

All of our long wheel based vehicles are fully equipped to carry ski, snowboarding and bike equipment. However, please note on your booking form the amount of each piece of sports equipment you intend on bringing. We allow one piece of sports equipment and one general luggage bag per person as we cannot guarantee space for all passengers’ luggage if you are bringing more than this.
